FAQ’s Reflexology

Testimonial: Zoila has done Reflexology to fix my chronic back pain. As a kid I fell off a crib and broke my L5 vertebrae, it has now slipped to a grade 3 almost 4 spondylosis. You can literally see a bone sticking out of my back, Ive had pain so bad that even walking was difficult. The first time she did it on me I woke up feeling for my “shark fin bone” just to see if it was still there since there was absolutely no pain! Incredible.  K.B. 35 years old, Atlanta GA

  • What is Feet Reflexology and How does it work?

Reflexology is recognized internationally as a complementary holistic practice that uses compression to reflex points located on the feet. These points correspond to all parts of the body, including organs and glands. This provides deep, soothing whole body benefits. This is a safe and effective practice that works through the nervous system to stimulate the neural pathways that regulate the body’s systems to bring balance and support optimal functioning. As the nervous system is activated, the subtle energy pathways of the body are opened which helps to re-balance the body’s natural rhythms and renew a sense of inner peace and harmony.

Treatment goals and any health issues or questions will be discussed. Then, you will lie down  fully clothed while I begin the session. The session takes 60 minutes and it is your time to spend as is most comfortable for you. Feel free to ask questions, or to zone out and fall asleep- or both! Your comfort is the priority, so you can relax and get the most out of your time. Commonly people worry about the state and look of their feet. Clean feet are always appreciated, but just like other parts of our bodies, feet come in many sizes, shapes and conditions. She has also done long distance Reiki on me and helped me break down mental barriers to lose weight. she shared with me  the image of me dancing in a white dress with flowers and I looked at her and was like “no, I’d never wear white with flowers, that would make me look even fatter”, at the time I only wore black. I’ve now lost close to 50 pounds. Kasey B. Atlanta, USA
